1、 Characteristics and application of Heat Resistant Silicone Rubber Cable
The heat-resistant silicone rubber flexible cable is suitable for power transmission line or connecting cable for mobile electrical appliances with AC rated voltage of 0.6/1kv and below. The product has the characteristics of heat radiation, cold resistance, acid and alkali resistance, corrosive gas, water resistance, etc.
2、 Characteristics of Heat Resistant Silicone Rubber Cable:
1. AC rated voltage: U0 / u 0.6/1kv maximum working temperature: 180 ℃ minimum ambient temperature: fixed laying - 60 ℃
2. the temperature of cable installation and laying shall not be lower than - 25 ℃.
3. allowable bending radius of cable: the minimum bending radius of the cable is 10 times of the outer diameter of the cable. Single core cable: its bending radius is not less than 15d of the outer diameter of the cable. Three core cable: its bending radius is not less than 12D of the outer diameter of the cable.

5、Main technical specifications of Heat Resistant Silicone Rubber Cable
1. the class R DC resistance of the finished cable conductor shall comply with the provisions of gb3956, refer to table 1 and table 2 in Appendix A.
2.Insulation resistance shall not be less than 100m Ω / km at 20 ℃
3.The finished cable of heat-resistant silicone rubber flexible cable shall not be broken down after AC 50Hz 3.5kv/5min voltage test.
